Refund Eligibility

Full Refund within 48 Hours: If you subscribe to any of our services and decide within 48 hours of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the time of purchase. Requests must be made in writing by emailing [email protected]. No Refunds After 48 Hours: Due to the costs associated with setting up and customizing your account, including resources spent on implementing requested targeting settings, no refunds will be provided if a request is made more than 48 hours after the time of purchase. We dedicate resources to ensure your account is optimized from the moment of activation, which incurs costs that cannot be recuperated.

Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please be aware that cancellation does not entitle you to a refund after the initial 48-hour period. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
